I believe that food is all about nourishing our mind and bodies, in other words food his medicine (and it also makes people pretty happy). I started this blog back in 2015 when I first moved to Mexico City and started my career in Culinary Arts, living by myself for the very first time, so basically if you don't cook for yourself, NO ONE WILL. I've always been very passionate about food and recipes and just watching, smelling and tasting as to how one thing creates another and so forth. Blame It On The Kitchen really started recently when the pandemic broke out and I began posting my recipes regularly on IG, (which was something that would keep me busy *and SANE* while on complete lock down in the beginnings of 2020. Since then, the blog has had some set backs with time, the world kinda going back to regular business and well not gonna lie, it's been an emotional rollercoaster for yours truly, but we're here, and we're all good, and while we have food, you know the rest... :)
