The BEST chicken stock recipe... yet.

2 Bay Leaves

1 Jalapeño, whole

3 Garlic cloves, peeled

1/2 bunch cilantro

1/4 red onion

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, whole

2 tablespoons of salt

1 whole organic chicken

Add it all to a large pot and fill with water to cover chicken over by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
