Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes
6 slices of bacon
2 cups broccoli
Farmer Foodie Vegan Parm (you can sub with italian seasoning + parmesan)
2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt + Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Caesar Dressing
In a medium size mixing bowl, add in your raw broccoli florets, drizzle with olive oil season with salt, pepper, and Vegan parm, mix well.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add you bacon slices to the sides and the broccoli (DO NOT OVERCROWD THESE) . Take to the oven at 350 F - 20 minutes, flipping/mixing half-way through (bacon will cook faster so keep an eye out). Take bacon out of the oven, chop and set aside. Now take your baking sheet back to the oven on broil or 5-8 minutes on middle rack. Toss broccoli, bacon and Caesar dressing, give it a good lil mixy mix, plate and finish with shaved parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
